Abstract G

Gemma Bovington

Life Coach

I am a calm, warm, and thoughtful person with curiosity and compassion for others. I build safe, trusted relationships that enable openness and honesty. My commitment to supporting people enables a deeper awareness of what is important, and my loyalty ensures potential is realised.

I am a trauma-informed Coach, and my awareness of individual needs and acceptance of different ways of being, helps me to understand individuals as they are. My work is about seeing the potential in all people and encouraging self-belief. I truly enjoy my work and creating successful, supportive partnerships with others. I am trained in Dyadic Developmental psychotherapy practice and embrace this approach as a core part of my personality.

My coaching is bespoke to the needs of the individuals, I have a vast experience in creative interventions for those who enjoy this; as well as structured formulations if this is what you would prefer.  I’ll meet you in the here and now and am flexible in my approach to meet your needs.

Personally, I have had 10+ years’ of experience in children’s social care, working directly with families and young people, as well as delivering training and coaching to professionals in groups or a 1:1 setting in trauma-informed practices, and psychoeducation. I have worked directly with Neurodiverse people, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community. I am a qualified football and American football coach, with a passion for all sports and exercise. If you are feeling stuck, navigating life transitions, looking to accelerate results, navigating a big decision, unsure on goals, or how to take them to the next level, get in contact for a free no no-obligation chat to see if I can help.
